FAMILY.
HERITAGE.
PLACE

Lucania Estate is the culmination of generations of family values brought together through a shared passion for wine.

The four waves featured on every label pay tribute to the Traviati family's heritage from the Basilicata region of southern Italy, representing the four major rivers that have shaped the region for centuries.

While our roots lie in Italy, our wines are unmistakably Australian.

Today, our vineyard sits on the Mornington Peninsula, where a unique combination of maritime climate, rich soils and careful stewardship allows us to grow exceptional fruit with minimal intervention.

OUR VINEYARD

The vineyard benefits from abundant sunshine and cooling breezes flowing across Port Phillip Bay.

These conditions naturally reduce disease pressure while allowing fruit to ripen slowly, producing wines of elegance, balance and purity.

Through mulching, healthy soils and sustainable vineyard practices, we minimise chemical intervention and allow nature to lead wherever possible.

Our Commitment

We believe great wine begins long before harvest.

Every decision we make is guided by quality, sustainability and respect for the land.

From hand-picking each vintage to carefully crafting every bottle, our goal is simple:

To create wines that people genuinely enjoy sharing.
