These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to purchases made through Lucania Estate. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About Us
Lucania Estate is operated by Grumento Estate Pty Ltd (ACN 646 270 108), trading as Grumento Estate.
Lucania Estate produces wine from our vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.

Age Requirement
Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or older.
By purchasing wine from Lucania Estate, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase alcohol.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the purchaser is under 18 or that the purchase or delivery would otherwise breach applicable liquor laws.
Proof of age may be required in connection with delivery.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Lucania Estate.
An order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling or refunding an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, an incorrect price has been displayed, payment cannot be processed, or fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed before an order is completed.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is dispatched.
Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, vintages, pricing and other information on this website are accurate.
Wine is an agricultural product and variations may occur between vintages and bottles. Images are provided for illustration and presentation purposes.
If an error affects an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website including photographs, branding, logos, graphics, written material and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Lucania Estate.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where a product fails to satisfy an applicable consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a remedy including a replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances. Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be removed by a retailer's own refund policy.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Lucania Estate delivers wine to eligible locations within Australia.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery location, quantity and/or weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing
Orders will generally be prepared for dispatch as soon as reasonably practicable following successful payment.
Delivery estimates provided by Lucania Estate or a carrier are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Alcohol Delivery
Alcohol can only be supplied and delivered in accordance with applicable Australian and Victorian liquor laws.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
The person receiving the delivery may be required to provide acceptable proof of age.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and appropriate delivery information when placing an order.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
Where an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Deliveries
Wine bottles are packaged carefully for transport.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and photographs showing the damage to the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery Restrictions
We reserve the right not to dispatch an order to a location or in circumstances where doing so would breach applicable liquor licensing or delivery requirements.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want every bottle of Lucania Estate wine to reach you in excellent condition.
DamageD, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your wine arrives damaged, faulty or i different from what you ordered, please contact us at lucaniaestate@gmail.comwith:
your name and order number;
a description of the issue; and
photographs of the bottle and packaging where relevant.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Change of Mind
Unless otherwise agreed by Lucania Estate, we do not offer returns or refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing wine.
This does not affect any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify those rights.
The ACCC confirms that for a major problem with a product, a consumer can choose a refund or replacement; different remedies can apply to minor problems.
